PART TIME PUNKS

Part Time Punks, curated by Aris & Lakis Ionas, was presented at the DESTE Foundation in March 2007 as part of the Open Call for the Yellow Project Room exhibition program. As the curators of the show explain, “Punk is Lust… for creating, for love, for sharing, for doing things, for life, for booze, for sex, for dancing, for girls & boys, for romance, for now… we are not talking about The Pistols or the charts… we are talking about the kids… that woke up in a Boom… and started their bands, fanzines, labels, project space… we’re talking about a voice given to everyone, no matter who, where and why…”
