Pappa Street, N.Ionia 142 34, (hereinafter referred to as “DESTE”, “we”, “us”, “our”), recognizes the importance of the privacy of all visitors and users of www.deste.gr (hereinafter the/this/our “Website”) and is committed to protect your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

To this end, the present Privacy Policy is intended to inform you on our privacy practices and in particular on the ways DESTE, in its capacity as Data Controller of your personal data, handles information collected about you when visiting our Website, our exhibitions or when participating in any of our activities and projects.

Should the case arise, where we need to transfer your personal data to a third country, DESTE will promptly inform you thereof and will implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in order to conduct such data transfer and ensure that your personal information remains protected and secure, such as Adequacy Decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
