JOSH SMITH: A GUEST + A HOST = A GHOST (SPECIAL EDITION)

On the occasion of the 2011 New York Art Book Fair at MoMA PS1 (September 30 – October 3, 2011), artists Josh Smith has created a special edition of 100 of DESTE’s A Guest + A Host = A Ghost publication. Winner of the Specific Object 2010 Publication of the Year Award, the catalogue, originally created by Josh Smith for DESTE’s A Guest + A Host = A Ghost show, has been placed in a limited edition case that has been reworked by Smith, thereby assimilating the packaging intended to house the book into the object itself.
